About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement growth strategies focused on monetization (upsell/cross-sell) and customer retention.
  • Lead continuous experimentation initiatives (test-and-learn), prioritizing actions with the highest impact on results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities at each stage of the funnel, focusing on increased conversion and investment efficiency.
  • Ensure strategic consistency with a focus on conversion, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Facilitate performance rituals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring focus on business outcomes.
  • Translate data and insights into clear action plans aimed at revenue generation and sustainable growth.
  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns and customer journeys using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Own initiatives and results, operating with a high level of autonomy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in growth strategies and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools, particularly Marketing Cloud (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
