About the role
- Manage existing client portfolio, focusing on client retention and increasing business volume.
- Prospect new clients and develop strategies for account acquisition.
- Present the company's solutions and products, negotiate proposals, and close sales.
- Develop and monitor action plans to achieve targets.
- Stay informed about the market and competitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work toward targets and perform under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Sales or Commercial Management is a plus.
