About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, driving customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities, preparing customized commercial proposals.

  • Oversee post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.
  • Prepare performance reports and present results to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze the market and identify trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Sales or Commercial Management (preferred).
