About the role
- Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for approximately 80 colleagues on macOS and Windows — covering hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage users, groups, and permissions in Azure Entra ID / Microsoft 365
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, imaging, and device provisioning via Intune
- Maintain IT documentation and hardware inventory (Jira, Confluence)
- Assist with hardware, network, and cloud projects (e.g., VPN, PowerShell automation)
Requirements
- Some practical experience in IT support (e.g., through an internship, part-time job, or university project)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure / M365 (e.g., user management in Azure AD)
- Interest in scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps topics
- Team player with German and English proficiency at least at B1 level
- Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft certifications is a plus
