About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design efficient research workflows and processes by evaluating current research operations from project intake through delivery and building repeatable systems that reduce friction
Ensure research practices adhere to company standards, including regulatory and compliance requirements as well as internal best practices for brand voice and participant experience
Build and manage a customer research panel, including platform onboarding, recruitment strategy, and governance of contact frequency
Manage day-to-day research logistics by supporting study setup, launch, monitoring, and troubleshooting while coordinating access to the research panel

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in research operations, panel management, or the operational or project management side of market research
A proven track record of building a research operations function from the ground up
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research project workflows
Working or conceptual knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, especially sampling and study design
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of varying research experience levels
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings clarity to ambiguous situations
Low ego, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative work ethic
