About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Sales to gather customer requirements and pricing inputs to create accurate reseller and distributor quotes using DealHub.
- Analyze pricing structures and discount requests to ensure alignment with company policies and contractual requirements.
- Review quotes, order forms, and purchase orders to confirm accuracy, validity, and compliance prior to processing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Legal to resolve deal, pricing, or contractual issues throughout the Order to Cash process.
- Maintain accurate records of quoting and order activity and support timely deal progression.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0.5-1 year quote creation, deal desk, or order processing experience, supporting a sales organization
- Experience with a CPQ tool (DealHub preferred) and Salesforce
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks; strong organizational and time management skills are required
