About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth in the public sector
  • Identify and capitalize on trends and opportunities within the public sector
  • Lead cross-functional teams and third-party agencies to create targeted messaging and positioning
  • Build and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Design and execute partner marketing programs
  • Analyze campaign performance across direct and channel-sourced pipeline
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Represent NinjaOne at industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate with extended marketing and channel teams to leverage best practices
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Uphold brand consistency by adhering to company branding and messaging guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in public sector markets (specifically Federal)
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, email, face-to-face, and partner-led channels.
  • Strong understanding of public sector dynamics and the channel ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams (sales, marketing, channel) and external stakeholders (channel partners, resellers, distributors, vendors, associations)
  • Experience designing and managing partner marketing programs
  • Highly analytical, with a strong ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets
  • Proven experience representing a company at industry events
