About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, train, manage and lead a team of Account Executives
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
- Coordinate, direct, and monitor the pipeline of your team by tracking and reporting weekly activities
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Regularly report on team/individual results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years' experience leading sales teams in technology or SaaS
- Strong track record of revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Experience selling Endpoint Solutions, IT Operations Software, or similar SaaS products highly preferred
- Proven sales leader and master negotiator
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent
- Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Salesforce power user
- Experience with Salesloft and similar tools a plus.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
