About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within your region
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in close partnership with NinjaOne Account Executives
  • Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Clearly articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program and deliver product demos
  • Own your regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to pro-actively and independently identify and qualify opportunities
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans
  • Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principles.
