About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years' experience in a Customer Success Manager role or equivalent
- Background in SaaS strongly preferred
- Proven track record of hitting retention and growth targets
- Strong consultative skills
- Must be proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Bachelor's degree preferred
