Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules with a strong focus on Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting
Design and maintain custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval processes
Identify system gaps and develop scalable solutions with a focus on benefits module optimization
Own the front half of the hiring process from candidate application through new hire setup
Lead the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration implementation in partnership with TA Ops
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, controls, and audit evidence to meet compliance requirements
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, and Recruiting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of HRIS system administration experience within a global company
hands-on Dayforce expertise in Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules
deep knowledge of benefits configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, carrier integrations
proven experience with custom XML forms, workflow design, and system configurations within Dayforce
working knowledge of integrations including APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
ATS experience required; Greenhouse strongly preferred
familiarity with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, SFDC, and Power BI
proficiency in Jira required, SQL a plus
