About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules with a strong focus on Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting
  • Design and maintain custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval processes
  • Identify system gaps and develop scalable solutions with a focus on benefits module optimization
  • Own the front half of the hiring process from candidate application through new hire setup
  • Lead the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration implementation in partnership with TA Ops
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, controls, and audit evidence to meet compliance requirements
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, and Recruiting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of HRIS system administration experience within a global company
  • hands-on Dayforce expertise in Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules
  • deep knowledge of benefits configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, carrier integrations
  • proven experience with custom XML forms, workflow design, and system configurations within Dayforce
  • working knowledge of integrations including APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
  • ATS experience required; Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • familiarity with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, SFDC, and Power BI
  • proficiency in Jira required, SQL a plus
