About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules with a strong focus on Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting
- Design and maintain custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval processes
- Identify system gaps and develop scalable solutions with a focus on benefits module optimization
- Own the front half of the hiring process from candidate application through new hire setup
- Lead the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration implementation in partnership with TA Ops
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, controls, and audit evidence to meet compliance requirements
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, and Recruiting workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of HRIS system administration experience within a global company
- hands-on Dayforce expertise in Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules
- deep knowledge of benefits configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, carrier integrations
- proven experience with custom XML forms, workflow design, and system configurations within Dayforce
- working knowledge of integrations including APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
- ATS experience required; Greenhouse strongly preferred
- familiarity with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, SFDC, and Power BI
- proficiency in Jira required, SQL a plus
