About the role

  • Lead and scale Federal sales business across Federal Civilian, channel and Systems Integrators
  • Drive pipeline and forecast discipline, strengthening partner ecosystem
  • Build and lead a team of 5+ Federal Account Executives
  • Establish long-term strategy for the Federal team
  • Support contract vehicle strategy and procurement motions
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex federal opportunities
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top federal talent

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT endpoint technology or SaaS sales
  • Experience selling into Federal Civilian, DoD, Intelligence, and FSI environments
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop Federal sellers
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
  • Experience working with Federal Systems Integrators and channel partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to obtain security clearance if needed, TS/SCI
