About the role
- Lead and scale Federal sales business across Federal Civilian, channel and Systems Integrators
- Drive pipeline and forecast discipline, strengthening partner ecosystem
- Build and lead a team of 5+ Federal Account Executives
- Establish long-term strategy for the Federal team
- Support contract vehicle strategy and procurement motions
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex federal opportunities
- Hire, onboard, and retain top federal talent
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT endpoint technology or SaaS sales
- Experience selling into Federal Civilian, DoD, Intelligence, and FSI environments
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop Federal sellers
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
- Experience working with Federal Systems Integrators and channel partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to obtain security clearance if needed, TS/SCI
