Requirements
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience with strong hands-on skills in VMWare (vSphere/ESXi), Enterprise Storage, and Networking (Juniper preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to learn and implement new hypervisors
- Experience managing small teams or leading technical projects
