About the role
- Design and facilitate structured goal-setting frameworks that emphasize intrinsic, long-term motivation over extrinsic rewards
- Guide employees in translating personal aspirations into measurable professional growth goals
- Introduce and support tools such as Goal Analysis, Growth Roadmaps, and Reflection Sessions to build ownership and clarity
- Coach Managers to align team and individual goals with organizational objectives while maintaining personal meaning and autonomy
- Apply principles of positive psychology, self-determination theory, and solution-oriented thinking to develop resilient, self-motivated employees
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and team workshops focused on motivation, mindset, and sustainable performance habits
- Build awareness around intrinsic motivators such as purpose, mastery, and belonging - and integrate them into team culture
- Partner with sales leadership to shape a culture of growth, reflection, and continuous learning
- Develop and roll out employee success programs that focus on well-being, autonomy, and personal achievement
- Facilitate team development sessions that strengthen collaboration, empathy, and communication
- Collaborate with HR and L&D to embed psychological development into onboarding and career progression
- Track qualitative and quantitative indicators of engagement, growth, and retention
- Use feedback and data insights to continuously refine motivation and goal-setting frameworks
- Measure success not only by sales KPIs but also by employee engagement, well-being, and personal growth trajectories
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Coaching or a related psychological field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in employee development, coaching, or people success roles, ideally within a sales-driven environment
- Certification in coaching, goal-setting, or motivation psychology (e.g. ICF, Positive Psychology, or similar)
- Strong understanding of motivational theories (Self-Determination Theory, Growth Mindset, Flow, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - able to inspire and guide others through transformation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure engagement and success through both numbers and narratives.
