About the role
- Build, execute, and optimise email and digital campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot to support APAC marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build target lists, manage segmentation, and ensure data accuracy
- Execute digital components for integrated campaigns supporting events, trade shows, webinars, and channel partner initiatives
- Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and lead flow into Salesforce
- Own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and setup through execution and post-event follow-up
- Manage webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events, including registrations, reminders, live execution, and on-demand assets
- Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Events, Channel Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Marketing Operations
- Maintain accurate tracking of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics
- Assist with expense tracking, budget support, and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools)
- Experience building and executing email and digital campaigns
- Proven experience managing or supporting webinars, ideally using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events
- Comfortable working as a marketing coordinator across multiple functions, including events and channel marketing
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
