About the role

  • Own and manage the release and launch coordination process – build, maintain, and track the release brief for each product cycle; ensure all required details (launch tier, market worthiness, enablement worthiness, feature ownership, etc.) are accurate and complete
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration – coordinate meetings between Product Marketing, Sales and Technical Enablement, and Product to review and approve release details; serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related updates
  • Drive communication cadence – set up and host recurring release meetings to share progress, identify risks, and communicate changes in feature rollout, release timing, and readiness across teams
  • Develop key Sales and Marketing launch materials – create and manage the release decks, release highlight slides, and partner-facing materials (e.g., customer decks, blog posts, enablement resources)
  • Maintain release documentation – ensure all release assets are organized, uploaded, and version-controlled in relevant internal enablement systems (ex: Highspot, AEM, SharePoint)
  • Coordinate GTM readiness – partner with PMMs and Campaign Managers to ensure all features moving from alpha, beta, or EA phases are properly represented and supported in upcoming releases
  • Track progress and process improvement – manage Asana boards and other tools to monitor launch milestones, dependencies, and team deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across the release process
  • Support internal communication and enablement – facilitate alignment between Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and broader Marketing functions to ensure internal teams understand what’s launching, why it matters, and how to communicate it effectively
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, product operations, marketing operations, or related fields (experience in SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Strong understanding of project management principles; PMI certification or similar training a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable leading meetings, summarizing complex information, and working with stakeholders across functions
  • Adept at using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ProductBoard, Asana, Confluence, Jira, or similar)
  • Highly detail-oriented with a bias for action and process improvement
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
