Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web initiatives
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
Monitor and analyze conversion funnels for various marketing channels, developing knowledge of KPIs, performance benchmarks, and targets
Conduct market research to support new outreach campaigns and creative initiatives
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service) to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience
Assist with A/B testing initiatives and evaluate results to optimize campaign performance
Prepare reports and dashboards to help colleagues, vendors, and senior management monitor marketing performance
Support the digital content team with content creation, positioning, and distribution to increase engagement and customer value
Help update and maintain website content and landing pages
Work directly with a variety of internal departments to drive projects to execution and assist with external vendor relationships
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for digital engagement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms (preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website content updates (preferred)
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) (preferred)
