About the role
- Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web initiatives
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
- Monitor and analyze conversion funnels for various marketing channels, developing knowledge of KPIs, performance benchmarks, and targets
- Conduct market research to support new outreach campaigns and creative initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service) to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives and evaluate results to optimize campaign performance
- Prepare reports and dashboards to help colleagues, vendors, and senior management monitor marketing performance
- Support the digital content team with content creation, positioning, and distribution to increase engagement and customer value
- Help update and maintain website content and landing pages
- Work directly with a variety of internal departments to drive projects to execution and assist with external vendor relationships
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for digital engagement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website content updates (preferred)
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) (preferred)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
