About the role

  • Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web initiatives
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze conversion funnels for various marketing channels, developing knowledge of KPIs, performance benchmarks, and targets
  • Conduct market research to support new outreach campaigns and creative initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service) to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives and evaluate results to optimize campaign performance
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to help colleagues, vendors, and senior management monitor marketing performance
  • Support the digital content team with content creation, positioning, and distribution to increase engagement and customer value
  • Help update and maintain website content and landing pages
  • Work directly with a variety of internal departments to drive projects to execution and assist with external vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for digital engagement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website content updates (preferred)
  • Experience with SQL and working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
