About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards
  • Evaluate product performance and identify root causes of metric changes
  • Establish funnel and loan performance metrics
  • Develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python
  • Conduct advanced data analytics to evaluate trends and recommend optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes
  • Monitor releases and perform impact analysis
  • Analyze A/B testing data for funnel or underwriting optimization experiments
  • Evaluate experiment impact and provide recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current junior or incoming senior majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Data analysis experience with Python
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
  • Candidates must be local to Chicago or able to relocate independently; relocation assistance is not provided
  • Experience with BI tools is an additional plus
  • Pursuing an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is an additional plus
