About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive volume, revenue, and market share growth by managing and expanding key corporate clients
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain customer relationships and deliver sustainable business growth
- Define market for corporate sales services and strategy
- Identify product needs suitable for management
- Design commercial plans including sales plans and pricing
- Accountable for industry strategy and channel success
- Own financial targets and KPIs
- Onboard new customers aligned with KPIs
- Collaborate with business strategy and account management teams
- Provide support to key clients and stakeholders
- Manage performance across channels/departments
- Develop and manage corporate sales team
- Evaluate team strengths and weaknesses and set goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in corporate sales management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Ability to conduct market analysis
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Expertise in designing commercial plans and strategies
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of logistics and delivery services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
