About the role
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.
- Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling
- Relevant experience and exposure in the following industries (FMCG, Fulfillment, Marketplace)
- Strong data management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly dependable
- Proactive and works with a sense of urgency
