About the role

  • - **Client Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • - **Requirements Gathering & Analysis:** Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • - **Technical Translation:** Translate client needs into detailed specifications and user stories that can be understood and implemented by the development team.
  • - **Project Management:** Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • - **Collaboration & Communication:** Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client, project management, and technical teams.
  • - **Prioritization:** Work with the client to prioritize features and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
  • - **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, collaborating with the client and internal teams to find effective solutions.
  • - **Technical Understanding:** Develop a strong understanding of the technical aspects of each project, enabling you to participate in technical discussions and guide decision-making.
  • - **Product Roadmap Contribution:** Contribute to the client's product roadmap based on technical feasibility and insights gained from the development process.
  • - **Risk Assessment:** Identify and assess potential technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • - **3+ years of experience **as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
  • - Demonstrated experience managing m**ultiple projects simultaneously and independently**.
  • - Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • - Proven ability to elicit and document clear, concise requirements.
  • - Experience working with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • - Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • - Familiarity working in a fast-paced environment.
