Account Manager

• - Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, timelines, and identifying any potential blockers that require attention.
• - Research the client’s market to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation
• - Work with the client and additional stakeholders to understand their product vision and define requirements for the full initial product scope
• - Work directly with product designers to translate client requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs and ensure seamless integration with the development process
• - Define user stories and requirements for project managers to implement into tasks and acceptance criteria for development and QA
• - Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, discuss project progress, and demo development milestones.
• - Manage client expectations, including facilitating difficult conversations around scope and prioritization to ensure that budget and timeline requirements are met.
• - Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and writing proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
• - Identify and manage opportunities to up-sell clients on additional product features, marketing services, or ongoing maintenance and support contracts.

Senior Product Manager / Account Manager

• Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.
• Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
• Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts.
• Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.
• Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers.
• Testing the system before the releases.
• Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
• Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.

Full-stack Engineer

• Building, shipping, and supporting AI-powered tools and automations for 923 AI Automation clients.
• The role sits at the intersection of product thinking and AI engineering — closer to “product manager who builds confidently with modern AI development tools” than “AI research engineer.”
• You'll work with tools like Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and AI-augmented low-code platforms to deliver real systems to real clients, end-to-end.
• You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

• - Enjoy ideating, building, and seeing things ship — then explaining clearly how and why they work
