About the role
- Craft, refine, and optimize our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution using Ruby-on-Rails
- Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to bring features to life
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tools, and processes
- Tackle challenging problems including performance optimization and new feature implementation
- Engage in full-time on-site work, embracing flexibility to work odd hours to meet deadlines
- Serve as part of the founding development team shaping platform scalability and robustness
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining complex applications
- Strong understanding of web development principles
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Redis for caching and data structure storage
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Expertise with AWS cloud services
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Hardcore developer mindset; ready to dive deep into code
- Willingness to work odd hours and go the extra mile
- Excellent collaboration and team-player skills
