About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Engage in regular client interaction via e-mail, conference calls, and in-person visits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interface with assigned client service staff for deliverables
  • Proactively identify potential problems with client performance
  • Ensure all resources are utilized to maximize account performance
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on billing effectiveness/cash flow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management with a specific focus on Anesthesia
  • At least two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting
  • Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures
  • Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven client relationship skills
