Client Success Manager – Anesthesia

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Engage in regular client interaction via e-mail, conference calls, and in-person visits
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Interface with assigned client service staff for deliverables
- Proactively identify potential problems with client performance
- Ensure all resources are utilized to maximize account performance
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on billing effectiveness/cash flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management with a specific focus on Anesthesia
- At least two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting
- Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures
- Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven client relationship skills
