About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, improve, test, and deploy cloud solutions in Azure or AWS
Participate in internal and customer-facing design discussions from estimation through deployment of full-stack solutions
Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, unit tests, end-to-end tests, and data migrations
Participate in daily meetings, scope estimations, issue triage, platform stability investigations, and assistance
Contribute to projects as an individual contributor or as part of a larger team
Develop end-to-end solutions using Python, TypeScript, Azure, FastAPI, NextJS, and related frameworks
Deploy resources in Azure and AWS cloud environments
Participate in team and customer meetings and report status
Implement unit testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, source code repositories, and build systems for web and web services
Own solutions and discuss them with peers and customers
Analyze problems quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and prioritize program deliverables
Help financial institutions adopt AI and turn emerging technology into measurable business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 4 years of experience developing applications and services in TypeScript, Python, or a similar language
Experience building and deploying SaaS applications at scale
Experience with data storage engines such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, and AWS Dynamo
Experience designing REST-based APIs for complex systems
Expertise securing applications from data at rest through the public interface
Experience delivering solutions on Azure or AWS, including services such as Azure SQL DB, App Service, and Foundry
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel, plus RAG, agentic patterns, and workflow orchestration (preferred)
Formal training in engineering disciplines (preferred)
