Build and maintain features across the full stack, from server-side backend logic to React front-end interfaces.
Take ownership of problems end to end: scope the work, make sound technical calls, and ship with minimal hand holding.
Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working software.
Move between frontend, backend, and data concerns as the engagement demands.
Use AI coding tools for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and shipping.
Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences.
Apply pragmatic judgment to legacy code, new builds, and everything in between.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as a full stack developer with hands-on server-side coding experience; language agnostic.
Strong experience building with React on the frontend.
Extensive, demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in the actual build process.
Self-starter mindset and ability to identify problems proactively.
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools.
Track record of adapting quickly to new stacks and technologies across different projects or roles.
PHP experience, Angular/Vue or similar frontend framework experience, solution architecture, SQL/database work, business intelligence, e-commerce development, AWS/Azure exposure, and experience wearing multiple technical hats are listed as bonus points, not requirements.
