Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in delivery, consulting, or client engagement roles.
Direct ownership of multi-account portfolios, P&L accountability.
Experience building or scaling delivery operating models in a growth-stage company.
Comfortable operating across a matrixed organization.
Background in data science, AI, or AI-driven transformation consulting (Bonus).
Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystems or co-selling motions (Bonus).
