About the role

  • Support marketplace operations management (product listings, vendors, and orders);
  • Monitor performance indicators (sales, SLAs, stockouts, pricing, catalog);
  • Assist in supplier and customer relations, supporting onboarding and day-to-day requests;
  • Perform basic Excel analyses to support decision-making;
  • Support resolution of operational issues (discrepancies, delays, inconsistencies);
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Technology, Finance, and Customer Service;
  • Support continuous improvement projects for marketplace processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/IF functions, pivot tables, filters);
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
  • Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital environments.
