About the role

  • Understand the needs of customers using Nimbi Private.
  • Support the ongoing expansion of the platform's product portfolio in partnership with category specialists.
  • Handle requests to add items to the catalog.
  • Source suppliers to fulfill mapped demands.
  • Manage mid-complexity categories, attracting new suppliers and users.
  • Critically review received product descriptions and specifications.
  • Operationalize and manage RFQs.
  • Perform catalog data entry and uploads to Nimbi Private.
  • Drive supplier engagement to ensure faster responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Supplier Relationship Management
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Ability to lead meetings
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Plus: experience in Strategic Sourcing
  • Resilience and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organized and able to self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and enjoys challenges
  • Interest in innovation, technology, and market trends
