About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acute & Crisis Counseling: Conduct empathetic, structured one-on-one consultations within an 8-hour shift system and provide psychological first aid.
  • Prevention & Group Support: Design and facilitate interactive group sessions that promote team exchange and strengthen mental resilience.
  • Culture & Climate Analysis: Examine underlying factors on site, analyzing issues such as stress, motivation, leadership, and organizational culture.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with our team and employees to develop immediately applicable, sustainable approaches for everyday work and support their implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Academic Foundation: Master’s degree in Psychology (or a comparable field).
  • Initial Practical Experience: More than 1 year of experience in psychological counseling, crisis intervention or acute therapy.
  • Strong Communication: High levels of empathy, confident presence, and native-level German language skills (plus good English skills).
  • Digital & Flexible: Comfortable with modern digital tools and willing to work a rotating 24/7 shift system (including night and weekend shifts).
