About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Online psychological counseling sessions with people who want to work on their mental well-being.
Each session is 45 minutes and is hosted through our platform.
Identify the needs of clients and offer individualized solutions to improve their mental well-being in a sustainable way.
Our clients seek out counseling sessions for various reasons, including insecurities, stress, and relationship issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's and Master's degree /Diploma in psychology, ideally with a focus on clinical psychology and/or organizational psychology
At least three years of experience in conducting 1-on-1 counseling (min. 800 h experience in 1-on-1 counseling)
You work only with evidence-based methods
A high degree of empathy and experience in helping people in difficult situations
At least 5 hours per week for collaborating with us
You are native Korean speaking
