Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology (or a comparable field)
Initial practical experience in psychological counseling, therapy or crisis intervention
Strong empathy, professional communication skills and a confident presence
Native-level German proficiency, good English skills
Enjoyment of working with digital tools and in a modern, dynamic work environment
Willingness to work non-standard hours (night and weekend shifts)
