About the role
- Psychological support of employees on-site in Dortmund within an 8-hour shift system
- Conducting empathetic, structured individual counseling in acute stress and crisis situations
- Designing and facilitating group sessions to promote mental health and team exchange
- Analyzing topics such as stress, motivation, work climate, leadership and company culture
- Building trusting working relationships and jointly developing sustainable solutions
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology (or a comparable field)
- Initial practical experience in psychological counseling, therapy or crisis intervention
- Strong empathy, professional communication skills and a confident presence
- Native-level German proficiency, good English skills
- Enjoyment of working with digital tools and in a modern, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to work non-standard hours (night and weekend shifts)
