About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, sales force, and end users
  • Achieve annual sales and performance goals
  • Report to and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training
  • Manage dealer sales force and direct account strategies
  • Maintain a customer database and integrate sales call activities into Salesforce.com
  • Perform building surveys and product demonstrations
  • Track new project starts via the Sales Pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • A Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or in a related industry
  • Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Demonstrated maturity and business acumen
  • Strong selling skills and end-user account management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com
  • Effective time and territory management skills
  • Ability to perform gap analyses and action plan implementation
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
