About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and direct accounts
- Achieve annual sales and performance goals
- Report significant activity to Regional Sales Director
- Travel within sales region to develop and grow business
- Conduct building surveys and product demonstrations
- Effectively use sales tools for project completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- A Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial sales or in a related industry
- Direct sales experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving initiative
- Strong selling skills and end-user account management skills
- Proficiency in MC Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient in Sales Force
- Effective time and territory management skills
- Ability to lift and stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to travel overnight as required
