About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts, and end users
  • Achieve all annual sales and performance goals
  • Report significant activity to the Regional Sales Director
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with dealers
  • Resolve sales and product service issues in a timely manner
  • Travel within the sales region to maintain and grow business
  • Train and motivate the dealer sales force
  • Maintain a dealer prospect list and coordinate sales calls with the Regional Sales Director
  • Track and manage new project starts via the Sales Pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • A Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or in a related industry
  • Experience and accomplishments in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management
  • Strong work ethic and initiative in problem solving
  • Proficiency in MC Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Effective time and territory management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement action plans
