About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Onboarding and learning new topics
- Designing and developing the sales strategy
- Planning and targeting lead sources
- Managing, tracking and handling all leads in Pipedrive
- Analyzing the success of our sales activities
- Managing the entire sales funnel from first contact to closing (both online and on-site)
- Preparing proposals and maintaining close coordination with clients
- Actively pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Documenting all activities in Pipedrive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed vocational training, a degree or an equivalent qualification
- Willing to support us for at least one year (the position is initially fixed-term, with the option to extend or convert to a permanent role)
- Class B driving license
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- Flexibility and willingness to commit
- Confident presence, commitment and enjoyment in presenting content
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
