About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are communicative, creative, and are not afraid to appear on camera.
  • At nilas you will shape online marketing from A to Z: you will conceive and develop marketing strategies.
  • You plan, create, and manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok).
  • You produce content yourself: photos, videos, editing, posts – everything ready-to-go.
  • You analyze the success of our campaigns and continuously optimize them.
  • You primarily work with Canva; other tools are available if you need them.
  • You will have the opportunity to build our channels from the ground up, grow reach, and advance nilas's digital presence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are studying Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and are looking for an exciting role for your required internship.
  • You are willing to support us for at least 3 months (unpaid).
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • You work independently and reliably and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
  • You are confident, committed, and enjoy presenting.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
