About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Training and onboarding on new topics
- Designing and developing the sales strategy
- Planning and targeting lead sources
- Maintaining, tracking, and processing all leads in Pipedrive
- Analyzing the success of our sales activities
- Managing the full sales funnel from initial contact to closing
- Preparing proposals and coordinating closely with customers
- Actively pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Documenting all activities in Pipedrive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Willingness to support us for at least one year
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Flexibility and commitment
- Confident, engaged manner and enjoyment in presenting content
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken
