About the role

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
  • Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
