About the role
- Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
- Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities
Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms
- A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
