About the role
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits.
- Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing data issues and access requests.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact on current processes.
- Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary
- Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fast-evolving environment.
- Manage system configurations, user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Support data integrity and operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is helpful but not required.
- 1+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity is helpful but not required.
