About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical expertise and engineering support for cryogenic pumps throughout their lifecycle
  • Support spare parts inquiries and Management of Change (MOC) activities
  • Troubleshoot and investigate warranty issues
  • Review engineering drawings and create/update CAD models
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and internal teams
  • Evaluate equipment conditions and recommend actions for repairs or redesign

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years Engineering Design and/or Engineering Field Work
  • Experience with 3D CAD software, SOLIDWORKS preferred
  • Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Fundamental understanding of centrifugal pumps
  • Knowledge and experience in machine design
  • Knowledge of industry safety requirements, familiarity with OSHA
  • Skilled in time management, prioritizing and managing changing priorities
