About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implements the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the manufacturing facility’s physical infrastructure.
Contributes to maintaining buildings, equipment, utilities, and grounds to ensure optimal support for production operations, employee safety, and regulatory compliance.
Works closely with operations, engineering, EHS (environment, health & safety), and supply chain teams to enable smooth day-to-day manufacturing and long-term facility reliability.
Plans, schedules, and executes preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air, water treatment, etc.).
Coordinates service contracts, outside vendors, and contractors for facility repairs and capital projects.
Ensures facilities comply with OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and other regulatory requirements.
Partners with the EHS team to implement safety programs, audits, and corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or GED required.
Three years of experience as a facilities specialist or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Hands-on mechanical aptitude and proficiency diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and fluid systems/equipment.
Experience working on various material handling equipment such as electric pallet jackets, forklifts, and overhead and jib cranes.
Experience operating forklifts.
Ability to work on-site during operational hours with occasional overtime as required.
