Key responsibilities & impact

Review and reconcile employees' expense reports between Concur and company credit card statement and prepare and post the journal entries into ERP.
Assist with reviewing AP invoices from vendors reconcile them with the PO prepare and post AP entries into ERP and make the proper filing.
Assist with preparing and posting AR entries on cash receipts from customers.
Assist with month-end closings including many financial reports required by manager.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and Sox internal control requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel is necessary.
Practical accounting experience preferred.
Familiarity with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to conduct research and analysis.
Knowledge of GAAP is preferred.
Previous conversion experience to new software.
