About the role
- Manage turbo and centrifugal pump projects from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements.
- Review contracts, technical specifications, and proposals to define execution strategy and risk profile.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability.
- Lead coordination across engineering, workshop operations, supply chain, quality, and field service teams.
- Proactively resolve interdepartmental challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project performance and track progress against schedule and financial targets.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for project execution.
- Communicate project health, risks, and financial performance to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in turbo machinery, rotating equipment, cryogenic systems, oil & gas, energy, or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven track record managing technically complex projects across engineering and operations.
- Strong understanding of turbo machinery and rotating equipment fundamentals.
- Experience coordinating workshop, repair, and field service activities preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
