About the role

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of workspace booking and space management features.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to configure solutions that align with each customer’s business needs.
  • Deliver engaging product training to administrators, managers, and end-users.
  • Create and maintain knowledge resources (guides, best practices, video tutorials) to support ongoing customer education.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
  • Proactively monitor account health using KPIs and usage analytics.
  • Own the renewal process to ensure high retention rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to interpret customer data and usage metrics.
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with workplace solutions, space management, or employee experience technology preferred (Korbyt Space Management or similar platforms a plus).
