Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of workspace booking and space management features.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to configure solutions that align with each customer’s business needs.
Deliver engaging product training to administrators, managers, and end-users.
Create and maintain knowledge resources (guides, best practices, video tutorials) to support ongoing customer education.
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
Proactively monitor account health using KPIs and usage analytics.
Own the renewal process to ensure high retention rates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to interpret customer data and usage metrics.
Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment.
Preferred: Experience with workplace solutions, space management, or employee experience technology preferred (Korbyt Space Management or similar platforms a plus).
