About the role
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage new leads.
- Clearly communicate our Accessory Dwelling Unit offerings and value proposition to prospects.
- Qualify leads through needs analysis and pass high-potential prospects to the closing sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Provide insights from client conversations to help refine messaging and offerings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in construction, real estate, or homebuilding industries.
- Experience with manufactured housing or Accessory Dwelling Units is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills – accent clarity is crucial due to client-facing phone responsibilities.
- Strong personal outreach skills – confident, persuasive, and engaging.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- 2+ years in a similar SDR or inside sales role.
- Knowledge of the ADU market or zoning/permitting processes is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not required.
