About the role
- Build and manage custom fields, objects, and page layouts within Salesforce.
- Design and maintain automation flows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Develop and implement email templates, reports, and dashboards.
- Customize Lightning pages and build custom-coded components when needed.
- Research and recommend new Salesforce features, apps, or integrations to improve workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers a plus).
- Experience building and managing reports, dashboards, and layouts.
- Proficient in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality using configuration and code.
- Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new CRM features or tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Resourceful and efficient coding habits with attention to scalability and performance.
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
