💰 ₱18,000 - ₱24,000 per month
About the role
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining candidate information accurately in the recruiting tracker.
- The accurate creation of candidate packets in a timely manner.
- Assist the talent acquisition team in doing the following: online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules, updates, and developments with candidates regarding their application.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Conduct verification of new documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in BSBA (HRDM) or BS/AB Psychology. But all majors are welcome!
- Amenable to work the graveyard shift (Philippines).
- With above-average communication skills.
- With an interest in recruitment and growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
