Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative programs to onboard, train, mentor, develop, engage, and retain the colleges collaborators
  • Provide consultation and support services in curriculum delivery, strategies, assessment, and technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team
  • Experience working with faculty members in career development activities
  • Experience with faculty development in a higher education setting
  • Building courses in a learning management system (LMS)
  • Masters degree or above in related field.
