Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Nightingale Education GroupTalent Acquisition Recruiter partnering with function leaders on recruitment needs and candidate sourcing. Conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers as needed.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partners with function leaders regarding new requisition requests and conducts intake meetings
- Develops and reviews job ads for accuracy
- Determines sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill positions and collaborates with the Recruiting Specialist
- Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review
- Schedules screens and interviews for function leaders as needed
- Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system and initiates background checks and drug screens
- Works on talent acquisition projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience marketing job opportunities to prospective candidates
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred
